That is truly my first flat display screen TV ever. Appears surprising, but consider the fact that for the past 10+ years I have had a projector setup, so this can be a "step down" as my current dwelling scenario only allows for a little bit of space. That being said, I am still very pleased with this. The picture quality is superb, the colors are quite vivid, the blacks are strong.
I've this hooked up to a receiver, BD participant, and Apple TV. There was no issue harmonizing all the gadgets, particularly with a Universal Remote. There may be space for three HDMI ports in the back, I solely need to make the most of certainly one of them as I mentioned my AV receiver does the rest. I cannot speak in regards to the sound high quality as I solely did a basic plug-and-play while setting up. Now that my AV unit is in, that's what I take advantage of for the sound.
There appear to be a number of options for use with wireless. The wi-fi was extremely simple to setup and truly picks up extra alerts than my desktop, which is surprising. Very simple course of to set that up, however this function I also don't use since I have Apple TV. It is not that heavy, so it is going to be pretty straightforward for weak people to select it up and set it where they need (as long as you are not wall mounting, I simply used the stand). Really, no complaints. A superb purchase at a very affordable price.
